Ten sealed challenges, informed by research, that get progressively harder. What you're practising are the things nobody teaches: calming down once you're already fired up, and hearing what was said rather than what you assumed.

How are we actually doing?
Checking in on a relationship is easy to put off, and awkward for whoever raises it first. You each answer a short check-in on your own, and it comes back as one shared read on where you stand. Backing the Full Bundle includes six months of Pulse Check, covering you both.
