Shipping policy
PRE-ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Please note that all Blueprint products are currently pre-order items. By placing an order you acknowledge that the product is in design or production and that you are reserving a unit from a manufacturing batch. The dates below are estimates and can move with production or logistics.
TIMELINE
Manufacturing is under way in Mexico City.
• Campaign close: current campaigns close 30 November 2026. • Manufacturing and delivery: once a campaign closes having reached its threshold, allow 60 days for manufacturing and delivery. • Transit: once dispatched, allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to US and Canadian addresses.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
SHIPPING RATES AND CARRIERS
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• United States: USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking is provided once the item enters the USPS network. • Canada: USPS International or Canada Post.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
DELAYS AND UPDATES
We are a small business navigating international manufacturing and logistics. While we aim to hit our target dates, production and customs delays can happen.
If a significant delay occurs, meaning more than 14 days past our published estimate, we will email you at the address you used at checkout.
A delay does not by itself qualify a funded order for cancellation or a refund, because the funds are committed to production once a campaign reaches its threshold. If a campaign never reaches its threshold, every order in it is refunded in full automatically. See our Cancellation policy.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
• United States: orders are generally duty-free under current regulations for personal shipments. • Canada: customers are responsible for any GST, HST or handling fee charged by the carrier on delivery. Blueprint is not responsible for these fees and cannot predict them.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Blueprint is not responsible for packages the carrier has marked as delivered but which are missing. If tracking says delivered and you do not have the package, please check with neighbours and contact your local post office, then tell us within 5 business days and we will help you trace it. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Because this is a pre-order, you may move house before the item ships. You are responsible for keeping your shipping address current. If you move, email before dispatch so we can update your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an old address you did not update.
