Refund policy
Blueprint kits are sold as funding campaigns rather than ordinary in-stock purchases, so this policy has two halves: what happens before a campaign funds, and what happens after.
BEFORE A CAMPAIGN FUNDS
Every kit has a minimum order threshold and a deadline, both shown on the product page. You are charged in full at checkout, and that payment reserves your unit and funds the manufacturing run.
If a campaign does not reach its threshold by its deadline, every order in it is cancelled and refunded in full, automatically. You do not need to ask, and you do not need to do anything. Refunds return to the original payment method.
While a campaign is still open, you may also cancel for any reason. Email and we will cancel and refund your pre-order.
AFTER A CAMPAIGN FUNDS
Once a campaign reaches its threshold your payment is committed to production, so orders cannot be cancelled and sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. A production or shipping delay does not by itself qualify an order for cancellation or a refund.
The exceptions below still apply, and nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email within 72 hours of delivery with photographs.
• Manufacturing defects are replaced at no cost, or refunded. • Shipping damage: we file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement. • Wrong item: we send the correct one and cover return shipping if we need the original back.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you do not have it, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us within 5 business days. We will help you trace it and file a carrier claim where one is possible. We cannot refund an order the carrier has confirmed delivered, so please ship to a secure address.
NEVER RETURNABLE
• Digital downloads and gift cards. • Any item that is no longer in its original condition because it has been used or altered.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Pulse Check subscriptions are separate from physical orders. You may cancel at any time from the billing screen in your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so you keep access until then. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it, or where two partners who link accounts were each paying separately, in which case we cancel one subscription and refund its unused portion automatically.
