Cancellation policy
PRE-ORDERS ARE FUNDING CAMPAIGNS
Every Blueprint kit is sold as a pre-order against a funding campaign, not as an ordinary in-stock purchase. Each campaign has a minimum order threshold and a deadline, both shown on the product page.
Payment is collected in full at checkout. That payment reserves your unit and funds the manufacturing run, which is what allows a small company to make a physical product without carrying inventory.
IF A CAMPAIGN DOES NOT FUND
If a campaign does not reach its threshold by its deadline, every order in that campaign is cancelled and refunded in full, automatically. You do not need to ask, and you do not need to do anything. Refunds return to the original payment method.
CANCELLING WHILE A CAMPAIGN IS OPEN
You may cancel for any reason while a campaign is still open. Email and we will cancel the pre-order and refund you in full.
ONCE A CAMPAIGN FUNDS
When a campaign reaches its threshold, your payment is committed to manufacturing and logistics, so orders can no longer be cancelled and sales are final.
Damaged, defective and incorrect items are still covered. See our Refund policy for the 72-hour window and what we do in each case.
DELAYS
Ship dates are estimates, not guarantees. A delay does not by itself cancel a funded order or entitle you to a refund, because the funds are already committed to production. If a delay runs more than 14 days past our published estimate, we will email you at the address you used at checkout and tell you where things stand.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Pulse Check subscriptions are separate. Cancel any time from the billing screen in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. If you cancel during the 30-day free trial you are not charged at all.
