SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER POLICY

IMPORTANT: Pre-Order Acknowledgment

Please note that all products are currently Pre-Order items. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product is currently in design and production. You are reserving a unit from our first manufacturing batch. The shipping dates listed below are estimates only and are subject to change due to production or logistics delays.

Estimated Timeline

  • Production Phase: Manufacturing is currently underway in Mexico City. We estimate production will be completed by May 2026.
  • Dispatch: Once production is complete, orders will be processed and handed to our carriers.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, allow 5–10 business days for delivery to US and Canadian addresses.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • United States: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking will be provided once the item enters the USPS network.
  • Canada: We ship via USPS International / Canada Post.
  • Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

Delays & Updates

We are a small business learning and navigating international logistics. While we aim to hit our target dates, unforeseen production or customs delays can occur.

  • Notification: If a significant delay occurs (more than 14 days past our estimate), we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
  • No Automatic Cancellations: Delays in production or shipping do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund once the manufacturing process has begun, as funds are committed to production costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • USA: Orders shipping to the US are generally duty-free under current regulations for personal shipments.
  • Canada: Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable GST/HST or handling fees charged by Canada Post upon delivery. Blueprint is not responsible for these fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Blueprint is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have the package, please check with neighbors and contact your local post office immediately.
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location. We cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Address Changes

Because this is a pre-order, you may move houses before the item ships. You are responsible for keeping your shipping address current. If you move, please email hello.ourblueprint@gmail.com immediately to update your file. We are not responsible for items shipped to an old address if you did not notify us prior to dispatch.
